Steve came to our home on Monday and checked our unit and we knew it needed replacing and he confirmed. Got on a conference call with Adrian to answer our questions and their service was excellent! Ron and Jesus showed up early Wednesday morning and began the removal of old furnace and installation of the new one. They were both professional and courteous. By 1:30 the same day we had heat. This company met all our needs and did the job fast! I would highly recommend them for to anyone who needs HVAC services.

I contacted Progressive Heating and Air for a quote to replace my central system AC with a heat pump. Steve, the operations manager came out and looked over my existing system and gave me several options for replacing / upgrading to a heat pump. We chose a 3 zone mini split system. Lot, William and Alanzo arrived less than a week after approving the estimate. They treated my house as if it were their own and did great work. Lot is a great technician, I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Very happy customer. Oh the price was very good as well.

Adrian Alvarez and his crew were fantastic. They installed central heating and air in our 1928 house – no easy job. They were on time, worked non-stop, were pleasant and respectful, and did a beautiful job on our home. The work was excellent, and the cleanup immaculate. The company was on time for the follow-up fine tuning, and Adrian took care of the permitting process in an unbelievably timely fashion. After interviewing 7 companies, we went with Progressive HVAC, and were very pleased with every aspect of the process, including the price!

Bennett was great for our annual service cleaned everything nicely and showed us pictures of how everything looked. Been customers for 5 years and great service from this business always.

Just got back on dental ins. (DeltaCare USA) a couple years ago. As it happened RIGHT before the shutdown, I dragged my feet in going back into a dental appointment regimen (my last dental provider was SmileCare; that should tell you a little bit about why I wasn’t in a rush to get back to the dentist – LOL). After cutting my gum last week, I finally said enough was enough & decided to make an appt. last week. Not knowing who my dental carrier assigned me to, I called DeltaCare and was told that I was assigned to Dr. Ellie. I immediately called for an appt. and was able to get in mere days after my initial call. This afternoon was my first appt. after 4-5 years of going without a dentist. Expectations low due to my last dental practice, Dr. Ellie knocked my socks off! Her her team/practice is the REAL DEAL! I received full x-rays, had a series of mouth photos taken, met with the hygienist for a cleaning consultation, and met with Dr. Ellie who did a thorough tooth exam (including jaw, throat, and thyroid) & who reviewed the x-rays & photos with me while providing explanations. After years of neglect (but still brushing and flossing 2x a day), my teeth are in good health, but my gums are in need of a little prof. attn. After the deep cleaning treatment was explained, along with my ins. coverage & associated out-of-pocket costs for the periodontal procedure, I asked if they were able to do it today. I was told it wasn’t likely, and that was that; I understood. Unbeknownst to me, Dr. Ellie’s team had a little pow wow & a look at the schedule. Dr. Ellie pleasantly surprised me at the end of my visit by letting me know the hygienist WAS able to do the cleaning today (& I’m pretty sure that staff stayed past closing to accommodate)! As a new patient, they didn’t even have to do this, let alone entertain my ask. I felt so seen, cared for, and respected in that moment. The deep cleaning was ENTIRELY painless (thanks to topical anesthetic), completed in in less that 50 minutes (thanks to modern dental tools, laser technology, & the hygienist’s tenure & skill)! This group really genuinely cares about their patients’ time, physical comfort, and health; their actions from today speak louder than any words on a website or in a review. I honestly think I’ve found my forever dentist (insurance-willing!). I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Ellie’s team for making my first appt. back a total breeze, entirely painless, and for being so welcoming, compassionate, and positive (since I sat there kicking myself for letting my dental care fall on my life’s priority list). From the moment that I met Adrian & Steve , I knew I would be in good hands. I opened my first Storefront in Oceanside Blessed & Boujee Boutique our encounter with Progressive Heating & Air was exceptionally professional. I hired this amazing company for my commercial space they were on time and within my budget. Steve is the best he truly cares and took the stress off my shoulders he walked me through the process educated me and was direct & transparent with all the details of what needed to be done Every step of the way. Not too long after my storefront project was completed. I started having issues with my residential A/C unit. They took on my project ASAP from the initial discussion of my home A/C not working,to getting on the schedule with in Ample time. Our A/C unit was up & working with in a couple of hours. We bought a money pit of a home that has night mare duct work. Followed up with an amazing quote & exceptional service to follow we decided to continue with Progressive Heating and air for the residential side . So happy we did! I strongly recommend this local company We were given top notch service by Steve & Adrian on the Commercial & Residential end. This company is truly amazing and I’m so Grateful I found them !
