Our commitment

Progressive Heating & Air is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every San Diego homeowner deserves equal access to information about their home comfort — and to the ability to reach us when they need help.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site regularly as content and features change.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and named landmarks.
  • Text alternatives for informative images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast designed to meet or exceed the AA ratio, in both content and interface states.
  • Full keyboard operability — menus, forms, accordions, and dialogs are focusable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels and clear error messaging.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% and mobile screen readers.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties — for example embedded maps, financing portals, and review widgets — and may not fully meet our accessibility target. Where we find issues in third-party content, we raise them with the provider or offer an accessible alternative (you can always reach us by phone).
