The Comfort Club is a 12-month membership built around two precision tune-ups a year — one for your air conditioning and one for your heating system — timed to each season so your equipment is ready before it works its hardest.

Each visit is a full multi-point inspection and tune-up designed to keep efficiency up, catch small problems before they grow, satisfy manufacturer-warranty maintenance requirements, and extend the life of your system. Every tune-up includes a complimentary safety inspection covering carbon monoxide, gas connections, electrical, and ventilation — documented with photos, like every Progressive visit.

The Arctic Circle is our premium membership: everything in the Comfort Club, with deeper member savings and an annual deep-cleaning service that goes beyond a standard tune-up.

The deep clean

Once a year, choose a deep cleaning of your outdoor condenser or your indoor blower fan motor — the two components where buildup quietly steals efficiency. Combined with two seasonally-timed precision tune-ups and safety inspections, your system gets the most thorough annual care we offer.

If you mainly want the essentials covered, the Comfort Club's two annual tune-ups, member pricing, and priority scheduling do exactly that. If your system works hard year-round or is past its first decade, the Arctic Circle adds an annual deep cleaning, a fully waived diagnostic fee, and deeper discounts. Still unsure? How does billing work? +

Both plans are annual memberships — $159 per year for the Comfort Club and $259 per year for the Arctic Circle. We confirm the details with you by phone when you enroll, before anything is charged.

Do the tune-ups really protect my manufacturer warranty? +

Most manufacturers require proof of annual professional maintenance to honor parts warranties. Your membership visits create that documented record, and we help with warranty claims when covered repairs come up.

What if I need a repair between tune-ups? +

What happens at the first visit? +
